Sales & Asset Conditions
All sales are conducted AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties are made. Buyers are responsible for due diligence. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for legal authority, court compliance, taxes, debts, filings, deadlines, and creditor claims. The Companies rely on client-provided information and are not responsible for inaccuracies supplied by third parties.
Independent Third Parties
References to attorneys, vendors, courts, or professionals do not constitute endorsement or agency. The Companies are not responsible for third-party actions or advice.
Separate Business Entities
IronClad Safety, Juzy Bids, and People’s Choice Estate Services are separate legal entities. Engagement with one does not bind the others unless expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Companies are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from website use, services, sales participation, business decisions, or third-party actions.
